Selected work

A short record of systems we have designed, built, and put into production. Names are held where clients ask. The engineering is real.

Why we are different.

Most consultancies show you a deck and a logo wall. We would rather show you the repository. One of our founders builds AI-native software for a living, and the work below is the work itself: APIs and schemas, retrieval and queues, evals and dashboards, the deployments that hold up after launch. Some of it is anonymized because the client asked, not because there is nothing to say. The detail is in the build, and the build is honest.

What we have built.

An AI agent competition platform.

Let external AI agents compete in structured trading and evaluation environments, with registration, leaderboards, rankings, and live portfolio tracking that hold up under real traffic.

Our founder was a major contributor and workstream owner across several parts of it, the Express API and service layers, the Next.js competition frontend, the Postgres data models, and multiple live competition formats from paper trading to spot and perpetual futures, plus the risk-adjusted rankings, admin endpoints, and end-to-end test coverage underneath. He contributed substantial platform work to the client’s public TypeScript monorepo.

MCP servers and retrieval systems.

Internal teams and AI assistants were doing ad hoc lookups across a dozen scattered systems instead of asking one place.

Our founder built and shipped production MCP servers spanning thirty-plus tools, designing the tool schemas, retrieval flows, vector search, and the agent-facing response shapes that make the answers usable. He also helped build the retrieval systems behind them: pgvector embeddings over real company data, entity extraction, multi-source retrieval, and an internal assistant that answers grounded questions instead of guessing.

A rewards and campaign platform.

Run reward campaigns, referrals, and social actions across many sources at once, with eligibility checks and background processing that do not fall over mid-campaign.

Our founder led much of the full-stack build: the backend orchestration, the campaign and referral logic, the queue workers, and the cron jobs that keep it moving. It connects 8+ integration surfaces, a headless CMS, a forms API, social and identity-scoring services, and a job queue, behind one service layer.

Latency-sensitive market infrastructure.

Held under a confidentiality agreement.

We have also built latency-sensitive market data and execution infrastructure, real-time streaming, parallel execution, and reconciliation, under a confidentiality hold, so this one we will only describe in a room with you.

Audience and search growth.

Organic growth our founder led at Mechanism Ventures, before Public Accessory.

How these engagements start.

Project-based.

  • Scoped build with working software early
  • Agent system design and integration sprint
  • Retrieval or MCP server buildout
  • Platform or API architecture

Ongoing needs.

  • Production hardening and monitoring
  • Iterative capability expansion
  • Advisory for in-house teams
