The philosophy has not changed. We are not interested in bolting AI onto your business so you can say you have it. We design agents, automations, modern web applications, and the data systems underneath them so they earn their keep, and we measure them the way we measure everything else: by what they do for your audience.

One of us builds this for a living. Across eight-plus years, Mark has shipped production software at Adobe, GSK, Performics, Ceramic, and Recall: TypeScript and Python services, React and Next.js front ends, Postgres data models, and the AI tooling that ties them together. Lately that has meant production MCP servers spanning thirty-plus tools, retrieval systems grounded in real company data, and agent platforms taken from schema to screen.

Over the course of his career, Béatus has worked to develop an integrated approach to SEO, social media, and content marketing that places a heavy concentration on end-to-end user experience. He currently leads owned media growth at Semrush. With a background in web development and information architecture design spanning both agency and brand-side environments, his outcomes blend organic search visibility with internal navigation and conversion optimization.

Mark has held positions as an SEO Group Director and Content Strategy Director in both agency and brand-side capacities, bringing ideas to life across a diversity of projects and brands, from global consumer health at GSK to household names in finance and technology, with stops at Adobe and Performics along the way. Today he builds AI-native software at Recall, an intelligence network for AI agents, with a focus on real-time execution systems and the tooling that makes agents genuinely useful. With every project he encounters, one strategic approach remains a constant: rooting all ideas in an understanding of the audience, the journey they experience, and how they search for answers.
