Most teams have what they need spread across tools, APIs, databases, and spreadsheets that never talk to each other. We build the connective tissue: pipelines, integrations, and automations that turn scattered data into something your team can act on.
Why we are different.
Most automation breaks the same two ways: it connects the wrong systems, or it connects the right ones without the discipline to keep them correct. We map the real flow of your data before we touch it, then build with the engineering habits our production work demands: idempotency, retries, reconciliation, and observability. You will know exactly what runs, when, and whether the numbers can be trusted. No black boxes, no trust the magic.

What we build.
Data pipelines.
Ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and storage, built so the data arrives clean and stays that way. We design Postgres schemas, type-safe access with Drizzle and Zod, and the reconciliation and idempotency work that keeps a pipeline correct when a source goes quiet or sends the same record twice.
API integrations.
Your SaaS tools, internal services, and databases each hold a piece of the picture. We connect them: REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, third-party services, and the auth and rate-limit handling that keeps the seams from breaking. The goal is one system of record, not eight tabs.
Real-time and event handling.
Some data cannot wait for a nightly batch. We build WebSocket streaming, event handlers, and monitoring loops for the workflows that need to react the moment something changes, with the fallbacks and reconciliation that keep a live system honest when a feed drops.
Queues and scheduled work.
The work that should happen on its own: queue-backed jobs for anything that runs long or needs to retry, cron-driven services for anything on a schedule. We build the background processing so reports, syncs, and handoffs happen without the reminder email, and surface it so you can see what ran.
Dashboards and retrieval.
Data is only useful when someone can reach it. We turn pipelines into product surfaces: dashboards, admin tools, and reports your team actually opens. When the question is open-ended, we add vector search and semantic retrieval over your operational data, so people find the answer instead of the spreadsheet.
Observability and correctness.
A pipeline you cannot see is a pipeline you cannot trust. Every system we ship carries structured logging, monitoring, and the reconciliation checks that catch a bad number before it reaches a report. When something drifts, you hear it from the dashboard, not from a customer.
Where this experience comes from.
The pipeline and integration work rests on systems our founding team has built and run in production:
- A rewards and campaign platform spanning 8+ integration surfaces: a CMS, form and social workflows, eligibility checks, queues, and cron-driven services, all reconciled against one Postgres source of truth.
- Real-time market data systems with WebSocket streaming, parallel execution, and the monitoring, reconciliation, and idempotency work that keeps a live feed correct.
- Multi-source retrieval over the tools a company already runs on, so internal questions get answered from real source data instead of someone’s memory.
- Internal dashboards, admin tools, and TypeScript libraries that abstract the configuration away, so teams adopt them without a manual.
